Basement Project in Chiswick W4

Basement Details

We have been appointed to design and build a new habitable basement underneath this Victorian end-terrace property. The aim was to create a large kitchen and dining open space to the back and a comfortable guest bedroom with en-suite and shower at the front.

The result was achieved by extending the basement under the rear garden and by creating a large walkable glazed skylight to allow light into the space. The added benefit of our design transformed the ground floor into a large living space.
