Basement Details
Design and build luxury full length and width basement to accommodate nanny and growing children. The family wanted some too, such as a feature glass wine cellar with chiller unit and solid wood racking, gym and steam room. It was decided that the second bedroom would be a flexible space so it could double up as the gym and in the future it might also be converted to an office. We fitted a steam generator to the generous fully tiled wet room.
