Basement Project in Balham SW17

Basement Details

Our mandate was to design and build a full length and width basement with steps up to the rear garden. We created a luxury kitchen and dining room, reception and music room complete with underfloor heating on the ground floor level.

To maximise natural light into such a large games room, the basement was extended beyond the rear of the new terrace ground floor extension and full steel slatted grills over the lightwell were installed. We also provided a large double bedroom with a separate shower room and a work station.
